We are credentialed with all major insurance payers. However, due to each insurance having hundreds of plans, we may not be in-network with your specific plan. It is the patient’s responsibility to check if we are in-network with their insurance prior to their visit.
All HMO Plans require a referral with a Referral Authorization Number. Please, verify with your insurance whether a referral is required.
If we are not in the network with your insurance, or you don’t have health insurance coverage, we will be happy to see you as a self-pay patient.
