Informative and caring

My visit was great and the PA is very knowledge and helpful. My acne is improving with her care. She told me to make an appointment to come back for a full body check but the front desk staff refused. One person said, “she’s trying to make an appointment again right now” and the other one said “tell her we will call her” but I never got a call and it’s been two weeks. I confirmed with Medicare that my bill was paid so I don’t know why I am being refused an appointment

2:31 Center For Dermatology Carmen Bernard Recently my daughter had a very serious and potentially dangerous systemic adverse reaction to a prescription drug she was taking. After an urgent care and ER visit, we were able to get a same day appointment at Center for Dermatology to see Erica Still, PA. My daughter was covered head to toe in a very itchy and painful rash. From the very first visit, I felt that my daughter was in good hands. Erica was thorough in her examination. She asked questions and listened to our concerns. She came up with a plan of care and explained everything thoroughly step by step. Her follow through has been amazing throughout this journey checking in and answering questions. I am beyond grateful that my daughter is under her care. I will recommend her without hesitation to anyone seeking a knowledgeable provider with an excellent bedside manner.

After 9 months of seeing 5 physicians no one could diagnose and treat the rash that continued to spread on my back and upper chest. Finally I was referred to Dr. Hafeez who was able to diagnosis my condition and start me on the medication that quickly got the rash to start healing. Three months later I am almost healed and the stress of not knowing if I would ever get well is gone. In doing so, he has beèn careful to advise me of side effects of more aggressive treatments and oral medications. The DR walked into the room telling me I had eczema. She started putting ointment on my arm. I had no rash on my arm,as she told me to use colder water when I showered. I finally got her to seen the rash on my leg. She spoke to her tech and told me to get a prescription filled. She did not look at other areas that I had concerns nor did she look at any area on my body for signs of rash or check for moles. Had my 6 month checkup today and was taken back to the exam room right on time. Dr Hafeez greeted me and asked how I was doing. He gave me a complete exam and found a couple spots that needed attention. All was taken care of quickly and he prescribed some meds and sent me on my way after setting up my next appointment. My appointment was completed quickly and with complete satisfaction. Looking forward to seeing him again in 6 months.

My mom's GP called Dr. Hafeez office for an emergency visit on 3/8 and they got her right in. The care of all the people in the office and the ability to understand Dr. Hafeez instructions on how to care for my mom's infected shingles was superb. He allowed us to ask questions until they were all answered (rarely happens with doctors). Had a recheck today via telephone and it was no different. He walked us through the steps of care and said "please call anytime if you have any questions". And I believed it. Excellent experience

Dr. Hafeez was very friendly and gentle with my 88 year old mother while removing several spots on her face and hand for a biopsy. He also froze a few spots on her arms that she was concerned about. My mother has dimentia and he handled her memory issues nicely and helped her keep her dignity! The whole office staff at Dr. Hafeez's office is helpful and friendly!

I have been a patient for a number of years and would highly recommend him. He is very personable and often expressed support for my overall health and well-being. He is a very knowledgeable dermatologist and has identified pre- cancerous and cancer cells which required intervention. He also has staff that are very positive and attentive to patients. I don't have this same experience with some of my other medical care specialists.

He always listens to my concerns and given my history of skin cancer he is very careful with my skin checks and errs on the side of caution which I think is critical. Was,professional and procedure went very well as explained.

My appointment with Dr. Hafeez for draining an inflamed cyst was on time without any waiting. The procedure started with anesthetic injections and draining out the pus and the blood making sure as far as possible that nothing was left to come out of the cyst. After cleaning the wound and applying the bandage, I feel a lot of relief and reduction in pain. Hopefully, after taking the prescribed antibiotic medications, I will get full relief in a week's time. It is noteworthy that Dr. Hafeez has taken care to see that I am not seriously inconvenienced than the minimum requirements of the procedure. He has been talking kindly during the procedure to make me feel the pain less. All in all, I will recommend Dr. Hafeez hands down for any dermatology solutions.

Dr. Abdul Hafeez and his associates are hands down the best that I have encountered.
